孙煜杰,清华大学物理系博士。多年使用分子束外延技术,设计并合成低维量子材料体系,包括高温超导体、界面超导体、强关联体系、组合薄膜库和拓扑绝缘体/半金属等。并利用角分辨光电子能谱(ARPES)、扫描隧道显微镜(STM)、输运等各种手段,研究量子体系的电子结构、物性及其机理。
